What is Positioning Marketing?

Starting or growing a business requires market research marketing time before choosing or developing products.  Every successful business owner knows that positioning marketing is a key component to business and product launches.

Before starting a business make sure you understand your market needs.  You must have a thorough and complete knowledge of what your customers need or require.  Attraction marketing or positioning marketing is providing value to your customer.

Your market research marketing time and effort must concentrate on finding a market not “creating a market need”.  The market is already there, find the need or problem.  Then determine or develop the product or service that will solve it.

Starting an internet business will require thought and vision.  Like any business, make sure you clearly define what your vision of the business will be.  Allow yourself to fully understand the full under taking and commitment require to meet your vision.

Set your short and long term goals to meet this vision.  If you don’t hold yourself accountable, if you don’t truly commit to your business how can you expect to follow through successfully?  Define where it is your wanting to go, lay out your plan to get there and make it happen.
